Great News! The Haverford Township Free Library is sponsoring our score-raising Summer Ace the SAT/PSAT review programs. Net proceeds will be donated to HTFL. Our innovative Math Review targets the number theory, arithmetic, geometry and algebra tested by the SAT, PSAT and ACT. The Critical Reading and Writing course enhances the language arts skills necessary for success by focusing on vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar, essay writing, and sentence improvements. Class sessions are held 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Wednesday. The Math Review will be held July 9 through July 11 with the Critical Reading and Writing Sections' Review July 16 through July 18. The tuition for one camp is $195.00 plus $95.00 for books or both camps for $390.00 plus $95.00 for books. After completion of the review programs students will receive a self-study plan to continue their preparation throughout the summer and fall and are encouraged to keep in contact with their instructors. Classes will be held in the Community Room. The registration form is here.To make sure our students' skills will be sharp for the October SAT/PSAT we will be having an Ace the SAT Tune-up Day on Saturday, Sept. 15 as a bonus strategy refresher session. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Our programs sell out early. If these programs do not fit your family's schedule, call 610-449-6311 to arrange professional private tutoring.
